i use proactiv missed a couple of doses now a huge zit formed...

regular toothpaste not the gel, put it on at night. or


PIMPLES: Three tablespoons of Honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root.

Reply:For a cyst you will probably have to go to a dermatologist. I use Retin A to keep from getting a lot of them, but a zap from an electric needle is what the doctor uses. He says that removing cysts would scar. The needle breaks it up. Have you tried hot packs and then a needle?
Reply:I use something I bought at The Vitamin Shoppe called a "blemish touch stick" by Desert Essence that is just flat amazing. I bought it because I was having the same problem constantly, but I can't use salicytic acid or benzoyl peroxide or it gets worse and my skin gets so dry it hurts. This stuff is 100% natural and is by far the best thing on the market. The Burt's Bees tomato cleanser is also wonderful.
