It may be a bartholin cyst, which is a harmless build up of fluid caused by a blockage. If it becomes painful and heaps bigger in a short amount of time, it might be infected so go to the doctor's straight away. If it doesn't do anything, you can leave it or go get it drained (ew, I know).
It might also be a trapped hair , causing a bump around it?

I know a lady who fount a lump on her groin at Christmas, and it was Lymphoma (cancer). She's had treatment and is now ok.
That's not saying that's what you have, but getting it checked right away is the best thing you can do.
