I am sure a pregnancy test would tell still. Go to your doctor and have them perform one.

You didn't mention if you missed any periods. You should be able to get pregnant, I will tell you this that when you are pregnant your body may feed the tumors like it is the baby. It is hormones ask your doctor for more details.
