As to Adnexa:


Adnexa: This Latin word (in the plural) is used in medicine in reference to appendages. For example, in gynecology the adnexa are the "appendages" of the uterus, namely the ovaries, Fallopian tubes and ligaments that hold the uterus in place.





Now if you had not misspelled the interloculate....whatever that means, I could have helped too, but unfortunately I can't. So simply type the right word into Google and see what you find then combine all three explanations together.
